Questions before you start

Is my photo private?

Yes. It's used only for your restoration and deleted automatically after one hour. We never identify the people in it.

What if it doesn't look right?

You see a free preview before paying. After paying you get free redos, and a full refund within 14 days if you're not happy.

I don't have a scanner. Is a phone photo OK?

Yes. Lay the photo flat near a window, turn off the flash, and fill the screen with it.

What file do I get?

A high-resolution JPEG you download right away. Full Restore and Family Archive include the full-resolution version. Everything is digital; nothing is mailed.

Can it fix a badly torn photo?

Small tears and missing corners usually come back well. Try the free preview and see before you decide.

Is this a subscription?
